k-sports composite stocked custom rifles

Parka para

Picture
The boys a K-Sports really like to have fun with the SKS. This is the one everybody is looking for the Parka Para. The rifles used were not factory or serial number specific. I believe these rifles were purchased from China as barreled actions already shortened to 16.5 inches. K-Sports then parkerized the action and installed them into USA made Butler Creek stocks. The green stock pictured was made exclusively for K-Sports and was found no where else. Three colors of parkerizing have been seen grey, black, and the elusive green. If you have pics of a green on green para PLEASE send them to me at xxxsksakajoe@yahoo.com
Picture
The front sight block on a Parka Para has the bayonet lug completely removed from the front sight. It was cut off right behind the sight itself. The sight is now held in place by one pin. The strangest part of this mod is the fact they left the nipples for the cleaning rod in place under the sight. I don't know why
Picture
The hand guard that comes with this rifle is also unique to this package. It has 6 oval cooling slots at 10 o'clock and 2 o'clock when looking at the guard from the end.
Picture
The stocks made exclusively for K-sports were branded as such. The brands could be found on the pistol grip cap and the end of the butt stock. These brands could be found on green as well as black stocks.

Stealth para

Picture
The Stealth Para was made from an existing Paratrooper rifle. Look at the front sight block. The bayonet lug has been milled off. Pretty easy mod. These rifles were modded, parkerized and restocked right here in the good ole USA.
Picture
The Stealth Paras came in a Ramline stock branded exclusively for K-Sports. The brand can be found right on the butt plate.
Picture
Every Paratrooper had a big sister. The parkerizing and stock packaging was available in 20 inch barreled rifles as well. Again mods, parkerizing and restocking done here in the states. These rifles will come with a cleaning rod and no way to keep it on the rifle. As we all know the bayonet keeps the cleaning rod in place.
