Navy arms Precision degree rifle
The Precision Degree rifle. Is a standard SKS. They have 20 inch pinned barrels and have a milled trigger groups. Complete with spike bayonet and sling. These rifles were used to test the accuracy of Chinese manufactured ammo. JimmyC is the proud owner of the rifle pictured
The rifles were manufactured at factory /016\ and all numbers match. 400 were imported into the USA and are very rare.
Each rifle has these stampings on the left side of the receiver in front of the triangle code.

Here is a copy of the letter that is included with the rifle and tells the story. These rifles were never included in the Navy Arms catalogs.
The problem I have with this rifle is I have never seen any others. Not on any of the boards, auction sites or in person.
