SIX CORP
with detachable bayonet

   Six Corp is an exporter in China similar to Norinco and the Chinese based Poly Tech. All of these rifles were imported in 1988. These rifles and others like the Clayco Sports M8 are some of the earliest Commercial imports. Scroll down.

The rifles are made from existing rifles. Receivers appear to be scrubbed.

The finish on the stocks vary from a deep red finish to the common lighter finishes. All are a high gloss.

The feature that set this series of SKS rifles apart is the Detachable bayonet.

   You can with one hand pull down on the bayonet handle and lift up on the entire assemble and remove it from the lug.

If you are saying to yourself were have I seen this before. Well it is the same bayonet used on the SKS D AK mag rifles.

It 's not unreasonable to think the serial numbers start at zero 88 0001. So far the highest serial number seen is 88 0304X. Putting the production total to right over 3000 rifles.
